Exhibitors to showcase advanced technologies for the first time in the region and praise the UAE’s efforts in empowering People of Determination
240 exhibitors at AccessAbilities Expo, taking place from 19–21 October Assistive devices market in the Middle East and Africa valued at AED 5 billion

Global and regional exhibitors are overwhelmingly enthusiastic about participating in the 8th edition of the AccessAbilities Expo (AAE), which ran from October 19 to 21 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and delivered fruitful results.
The exhibition, the largest consumer-focused accessibility platform of its kind in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) region, brings together more than 240 leading global brands and rehabilitation centres, showcasing their latest products and solutions designed to serve people with all types of disabilities. Participating companies are looking to capitalise on the growing opportunities in the assistive devices market for People with Disabilities and the elderly in the Middle East and Africa, which is expected to reach AED 5 billion by 2030.
Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, the exhibiton focuses on bringing the world’s leading assistive technologies and rehabilitation services to the Middle East, a region home to more than 50 million People with Disabilities.

Participating companies will connect with People with Disabilities and their families and caregivers by showcasing smart mobility products and rehabilitation solutions for the markets of the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region.
Several participating companies are brimming with confidence about making an impact in the community and business circles through the AAE-2026.
Eunoia Mobility, a Dubai-based inclusive transport solutions provider and the AAE’s Official Transportation Partner for the second consecutive year, will be showcasing accessibility-first mobility solutions that enhance independence, dignity, and everyday access. The event is a vital platform to connect, collaborate, and advance a more inclusive future for People of Determination, remarked Mohamed Abuelgasim Mohamedein, co-founder of Eunoia Mobility.

The Royal Stables, founded in 1969 by the UAE President Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, will showcase the UAE Para Dressage Programme, which offers therapeutic riding, accessible facilities, and specialist instructors supporting riders of determination training towards the Paralympic Games,
Laura Richardson, Director-General of The Royal Stables, founded in 1969 by the UAE President Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and spokesperson for the Para-Dressage program, remarked: “The Royal Stables offers therapeutic riding, carefully selected horses, accessible facilities and specialist instructors, supporting riders of determination training towards the Paralympic Games.”
Princess Taghrid Institute for Development and Training (PTI), a Jordanian NGO since 2010, will share with visitors its vision and work together towards building a more inclusive and accessible future.
Its Director-General, Dr Aghadeer Jweihan, remarked: “We believe that dignity is a choice reflected in the opportunities we create for others. Our mission is to empower women, youth, and persons with disabilities through sustainable development, innovation, and meaningful partnerships that enable them to become active contributors to their communities. Dr. Omid Samadian, Chief Medical Officer at AGAYA Healthcare, a clinical support centre in Dubai’s Al Barsha, said: “Behind every child with Special Needs is a family searching for answers.
